Directed by Markus Potter, "Thursday In The Park" is a six episode, half hour reality show that introduces viewers to the little known 63 year-old tradition of the Broadway Show League. Every Thursday in the spring and summer, softball teams representing Broadway shows and other organizations in the Broadway community take to the iconic Heckscher ball fields on the south end of Central Park to engage in some friendly and sometimes not so friendly competition. The series follows 3 performers as they move from the field to the stage (and vice-versa). An inside look at a little known pastime.
